AIG- Privacy & Conditions

INTRODUCTION  

American International GemLab (AIG) is an international gemstone testing facility specializing in comprehensive diamond and colored gemstone analysis. AIG provides detailed identification and enhancement reports, country-of-origin reports, as well as complete colored stone analysis documents. The Laboratory is equipped with state-of-the-art instrumentation, and applies standard gemological, as well as advanced analytical, techniques to each determination it makes.

TERMS AND LIMITATIONS

AIG reports are based on subjective opinion. The items described in the reports has been examined by at least two qualified gemologists. All information given represents the opinion given at the time of testing. It does not take into account of any subsequent modification of the item tested.
The clients agrees to be responsible for and to hold AIG and its employees and agents harmless for any injury, loss, damage or destruction of articles entrusted for examination while in possession of AIG, resulting from any cause whatsoever not caused by the proven negligence of AIG or its employees.
 
AIG assumes no liability with respect to any action that may be taken on the basis of the report.AIG shall not be liable for special or consequential damage for any error in , or omissions from, any report, or for its issuance or use, even if  caused by , or resulting from the proven negligence or other fault of AIG or any of its employees and agents.
 
AIG reports are not guarantees, valuation, or appraisals, and AIG makes no representation or warranty regarding the reports issued or articles described in them. The reports, trademark, or service marks of AIG may not be reproduced in whole, or in part, with the prior written authorization of AIG.
 
Gemstones can be enhanced at any time after leaving our premises. If there are doubts about an item’s current condition, it can be submitted for re checking.
