Any substance caught inside another mineral during its formation is called an inclusion. Gemstone inclusions could be found in crystals, bubbles of liquid or gas, or even fractures brought on by radioactive substances in the host substance. A list of inclusions can never be comprehensive because researchers find new kinds of inclusions all the time.
For identifying and study inclusion in the gemstone there is need use good micrscope and lightting technique. When the gemologist have the good experirnce on it can be indetify different type of inclusions.
